The Apartment Council of Topeka sponsors
this Annual Trade Show and Convention event
every March. A highlight of the Association
year, this annual extravaganza is a unique
opportunity for you, our Professional partners,
to showcase your services, display your products,
and teach the latest industry trends to multi-housing
decision makers. Only Professional Partners
of ACT may display at the Trade Show.
This year's theme is Under The Sea. All Professional
partners displaying booths are encouraged
to participate in the annual "Best Booth
Contest". Each year, Professional Partners
dress in costume and decorate their booths
in hopes of winning the coveted trophy they
get to keep and display for the year.
Professional Partners are encouraged and welcome
to have individual contests and drawings at
their booths. You may also participate in
giving away door prizes at the end of the
Trade Show. Booths are on a first come basis,
so register early for the best location.
At this year's trade show, you will get to
listen to Linda Larson, a nationally recognized
speaker and author. Linda spoke at the 2004
National Apartment Association Conference
in Las Vegas.
The Trade Show Happy Hour is from 4-5 PM,
and Associate Members can become sponsors
of this event. Happy Hour sponsors are recognized
in the Trade Show Program. Donations for prizes
throughout the day and/or financial donations
to the ACT for the Trade Show will also be
welcomed and recognized.
